You can find all Load Offers in the Load Offers tab of the Main Menu, categorized into four sections:
Needs Confirmation (needs action from you)
These load offers have been accepted by a carrier, and need your confirmation to officially book the load.
Pending Acceptance (waiting on carrier action)
These load offers have not yet been accepted, declined, or countered by a carrier.
Booked Loads
These load offers have been confirmed by both parties and are booked! Carriers will see all load details in their TrueNorth app, and be able to upload RateCons and PODs directly via the app. They can also email invoices directly to your AP department.
Declined Loads
These load offers have been declined by a carrier.
